Harvey, now tropical storm, makes new landfall in Louisiana
Tropical Storm Harvey made its third landfall just west of Cameron, Louisiana at 4 a.m. CT on Wednesday morning with maximum sustained winds of 45 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.
