Fatness and fitness: the long standing issue

In our contemporary society today, a considerable size of body size is tagged FAT. Without further explanation, this fat body sizes once in sight are perceived as physically unfit giving the “FAT” person a social stigma of substandard body to deal with. 
But, is that really the case, do “Fatness” signifies “Unfitness” when it comes to the size of the human body?

Amidst several sayings that obesity is linked to many serious diseases and physical problems, such as cardiovascular diseases, recent studies have shown that it is possible to be bot fit and fat.
Well, not far from what you had in mind, regular physical activities (not necessarily “regular exercise”) prevent the bad effects of obesity by blocking the destructive health effects of obesity, even in fat people.
As a matter of fact, it will shock you to know: Several research have found out that ACTIVE FAT PEOPLE HAVE FEWER HEALTH PROBLEMS AND LIVE LONGER THAN NORMAL WEIGHT PEOPLE.
Whereas many might seem to disagree with the above, the result clearly revealed that physical activity is more important for health than physical fitness. So, while reducing your body fats is not your goal for being physically healthy, rather, reduced body fat is a byproduct of being more physically active each day.
So, get up on your feet and do something, not just to make money, but to stay health.
